I. Preparation

1. Read BISTU Students’ Manual for Using Academic Affairs Management System.

2. Check online personal academic plan and courses offered for the current semester.

3. Check online course scheduling by the Office of Academic Affairs.

4. Check online personal academic records (major and class)

II. Collective Enrollment

Office of Academic Affairs arranges practice credits of compulsory courses.

III. Stage One (Formal)

1. Enroll in courses before deadline; major limited-elective, bilingual, PE. university selective, and major free-elective courses.

2. Enroll early in the courses that limit the number of students.

3. Formal Enrollment is usually scheduled at semester-end.

IV. Stage Two (Adjustment)

Drop or re-enrollar semester-end or the next semester-beginning according to the note form the Office of Academic Affairs.

V. Stage Three (Course-retaking & transfer students)

1. Re-enroll only in failed course(s) under the restriction of credit quota.

2. Transfer students enroll in courses.

3. Enrollment is scheduled as the semester begins.

VI. Finished

1. Check enrollment result online after deadline.

2. No change is allowed after deadline.
